Terms & Conditions

1. Ordering & Payment

• All prices are in IQD and subject to change without notice.
• Full payment is required before order processing (except for approved installment plans).
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and approved digital payment methods.

2. Delivery & Pickup

• Free delivery for orders over 50,000 IQD within Erbil city limits.
• Express delivery (2-hour service) incurs an additional fee.
• Customers must inspect orders upon delivery/pickup and report issues within 24 hours.

3. Returns & Refunds

• Unopened/unused items may be returned within 2 days with original receipt.
• Custom prints/gifts (personalized items) cannot be returned.
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.

4. Printing Services

• Customers are responsible for approving final digital proofs before printing.
• Color variations may occur due to screen/printer differences.
• Rush orders (same-day) require a 50% surcharge.

5. Academic Work (Theses/Assignments)

• We provide formatting & printing only – content accuracy is the customer’s responsibility.
• Confidentiality is guaranteed; files are deleted after order completion.

6. Installment Plans

• Available for orders over 100,000 IQD with valid ID.
• Late payments incur a 5% monthly penalty.

7. Liability

• Oras Stationery is not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers or force majeure (e.g., power outages).
• Damages during transit must be reported immediately with photo evidence.

8. Privacy Policy

• Customer data (contact info, payment details) is kept confidential and never shared.
